To promote cooperation and transparency, CAR encourages national governments to designate a national point of contact (NPC) for the iTrace® project. This may be arranged through the ‘right of reply’ form on this website or in response to a trace request. CAR requests prospective NPCs to provide formal notice of their designation on headed documentation, copied to their country’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York.
